Once your order is placed through our site, we will call to confirm receipt of your order and request credit card info or payment verification. All custom orders (non-stock items) require a deposit before ordering.

Payment by Cheque/Money Order Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment as noted above. (Under no circumstances will goods be shipped before payment is received.) Cancelling Your Order Custom orders can be cancelled but deposit is not refunded. You may cancel your order at any time if its order status is one of the following:

On Backorder
Awaiting Payment
Verify Billing Address If your order status is 'Partially Shipped,' you may cancel that portion of your order which has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by Email or by phone as noted in our Contact Us section. If your order status is 'Shipped,' your order cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Returns policy.
Return Policies What Items Can Be Returned? Family Massage Therapy will gladly refund or exchange damaged or defective product reported within 24 hours of receipt. Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase. However, we will not accept returns on any custom orders, books, DVDs, pillows OR opened oils, lotions, crèmes. Returned items must be in original unused condition in the original package. A handling and restocking charge of 15% may be applied to tables and vinyl products . Original receipt is required. No exceptions. Delivery cost for returns is the customers responsibility.
For all orders purchased or picked up at our store, product must be checked for damages and order completion before leaving the store. Missing items will not be our responsibility.
Some of our products have a manufacturers warranty. For these products, the items are returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, we will not automatically replace the product.
All returns must be authorized before exchange or refund.
